frustrated trying to order your product...

I've ordered hundreds of products in the past from other web sites but you site is one of the worst I've come across, the level of difficulty & then sill not completing the order. i called customer service who i can barely understand his English and keeps wanting to talk to me about another software program that I don't even want. And digital river is one of the worst 3rd party groups handling credit cards. I recently caught then billing my credit card a year later for something I didn't order. I really liked the software but your ordering system with (digital river) really bothers me. I usually don't write these kind of messages but my frustrations today was over the top.

I thought I'd try all again, called customer support to purchase the software on hold for over 10 mins again the person answering the ph can't understand that I just want to purchase the software. Is there another place I can go to purchase this software that speaks english?
