Default and Lightroom 4 problem....

Hello.I have a new computer, and have installed lightroom and Imageonic trial version on it.On my previous computer, when I right clicked an image, and clicked 'edit in" (imageonic),the imageonic screen would load, and I could edit the image, and then save it back to lightroom as a TIF...All is okay when I get to the "edit in" section on my new computer,BUT Imageonic is just automatically editing, and saving the im age back as a TIF,without the edit screen coming up at all,(for me to choose what I want to do)..Any help appreciated...thank you.

Post a support ticket using the Support link at that top of the page as there is not telling what kind of mess there is with something like this and we need to track it.
Be sure to fill out ALL requested info so I don't have to ask for it again.
Regards,
George

Thanks for this post, I will open a ticket but maybe it's an easy fix that you can share. I'm having the same problem and wondered if you have any information. Thanks in advance.

It worked well on my old computer.

In the Copy File Options of the Edit In dialog, Compression level must be set to None. This can be made permanent in the Preferences---External Editor section by selecting the Preset Imagenomic Portraiture, making the change there and updating the preset.

George
